• Maybe.fun is a social prediction platform for entertainment and community engagement.
• Users buy votes on predictions. Correct predictions earn rewards.
• The Platform does not provide financial advice, guarantees, or investment recommendations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Only SOL or USDC on Solana is accepted.
• Users are responsible for wallet accuracy; losses due to incorrect transactions are not covered by Maybe.fun.
• All crypto transactions are final once confirmed on-chain.

6. Content and Conduct

• Users may create markets, comment, and share links.
• Prohibited conduct: illegal activity, harassment, fraud, market manipulation, NSFW content.
• Maybe.fun may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

7. Market Resolution and Disputes

• Market creators propose outcomes; disputes can be raised and reviewed by the Platform.
• Resolutions by the Platform are final.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on maybe.fun, including platform design, logos, and code, is owned by Maybe.fun or its licensors.
• Users retain ownership of their profile content but grant Maybe.fun a license to display it.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for losses from prediction participation, wallet transactions, or platform downtime.
• Users assume all risk while using the Platform.
